For those embarking on a fitness plan that includes resistance training, I want to share a quick tip.

The muscles you can’t see, your glutes and your back, your ‘pull’ muscles, I would argue, are more important to work than your front or your ‘push’ muscles.

When designing a program for someone I usually put twice as many back exercises as I do chest.

There are multiple reasons but trust me when I say prioritize pull downs over pushups. You can thank me later. 😉
