It was an absolute honor to be part of @igwealthmanagement ‘s inaugural Bet On Yourself Women’s Summit!
We started the day by grounding ourselves with breathwork and meditation led by the amazing @sydvaughan - because let’s be honest, who doesn’t need a deep breath these days?
The event featured an inspiring panel discussion with @marissa.m.teeter , @shopwoven.ca , @phyliciageorge , and @the.food.doula , where they shared invaluable insights on how they Bet On Themselves to be the successful and high performing women they are! Let’s just say the wisdom was flowing, and the golden nuggets were plentiful.
We then had the privilege of hearing from the incredible @dr_robynehd , who brought the perfect mix of authenticity, inspiration, and humor to teach us about stress and resiliency - wow is an understatement!
