Mental Health Scale. If you're like me, the weekly weight scale check in can be a happy or frustrating experience. Sometimes it's lower than expected (amazing) and other times it's the same or even a pound higher (WTF) - whatever the numbers show, we continue or we adjust. However there is no scale for mental health. No number to show you how much extra weight you're carrying and no numbers to track progress. The reality is most of us keep going - we carry on... and because we keep going, we have no idea the toll it's taking until something happens.... and that something is never good. A great place to dump this invisible weight we carry is at the Capillary Wave Community support group table. To be clear, our table doesn't fix anything - doesn't solve the why's. Our table for many is the starting point to getting better. Little by little or sometimes a huge step forward. If you're struggling and you've read this post up til now - it means something. I'm here to help you. The other guys at the table are here to help you. Come pull up a chair -
