📍 Hamilton: Hamilton's market is holding steady with both inventory and sales, resulting in 4.7 months of supply, keeping it a strong buyer’s market. Homes here are taking a bit longer to sell than in Burlington, but activity is consistent.
📍 Oakville: Oakville saw modest increases in both listings and sales, bringing supply to just under 4 months. It’s still a buyer’s market, but with a 41.47% absorption rate, Oakville is moving slightly faster than both Burlington and Hamilton. Properties here are typically selling within 2–3 weeks, and as we approach that 50% absorption threshold, we may see the market inch closer to balanced conditions.
