Only pre-MLS listings are allowed on for-sale residences.
Only one post per listing (do not spam the space).
No soliciting business beyond sharing yours or others’ (pre-MLS) listings.
No public shaming - unproven allegations as they pertain to renters and landlords will be removed.
Can include for rent/lease/sublet listings (but only one post per residence).
In search of (ISO) housing posts are OK (but no more than once).
Zero tolerance for implying or explicitly stating that immigrants are to blame for the housing crisis. Xenophobia not tolerated.
Commercial property listings are also allowed (as long as the listing is pre-MLS).
