RE/MAX Escarpment/Niagara Appointment Centre:
On average, it’s taking just 10.1 appointments to get a property sold. 30–40% of properties are selling within the first month. All local markets remain firmly in buyer’s market territory, meaning more options and negotiating power for buyers right now.

📍 Burlington:
Active listings increased this week, while sales held relatively steady. As a result, months of supply inched up slightly. The market continues to favour buyers across all property types, with an overall absorption rate of approximately 35%. If you’re looking to buy and sell in the same market, now is a great time. There’s room for negotiation, flexibility with conditions, and opportunities to secure some excellent deals.

📍 Hamilton:
Both active listings and sales saw a slight uptick this week, with over 4 months of supply. Hamilton remains a strong buyer’s market across all property categories, giving buyers more negotiating power and choices.

📍 Oakville:
Active listings and sales remained consistent week-over-week, and months of supply rose slightly to stay above the 4-month mark. Like Burlington and Hamilton, Oakville continues to lean firmly in favour of buyers, offering a wide range of inventory across all property types.
